About Us

The Genesis Garden Collective

The Genesis Garden Collective is a Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to restoring communities by cultivating hope, purpose, and stewardship through the power of gardens.

We believe life started in the Garden of Eden spoken about in the Book of Genesis in the Bible. Therefore we believe it is a perfect place to begin the restoration process.

Every garden is an opportunity to nourish both people and communities, growing healthy food, developing future leaders, strengthening relationships, and caring for God’s creation.

By partnering with schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations, we create hands-on educational experiences that inspire children and families to learn, serve, and thrive.

Through gardening, nutrition, STEM education, environmental stewardship, leadership development, and community service, we equip the next generation with practical skills and a heart for making a lasting difference.

Our vision is to see flourishing gardens, empowered youth, and restored communities where every seed planted becomes a symbol of hope and every harvest reflects God’s faithfulness.

"Then the LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to farm the land and to take care of it."

Genesis 2:15

Growing More Than Gardens

We believe every garden has the power to restore more than the land. As students plant seeds, they also cultivate hope, purpose, compassion, leadership, and a heart for serving others. Together with our partners, we’re restoring communities, strengthening families, and raising the next generation of faithful stewards...one garden at a time.

The Flourish™ Program transforms gardens into classrooms where students grow academically, physically, socially, and spiritually while helping cultivate healthier, stronger communities.

We partner with schools, churches, community centers, and youth organizations to deliver engaging, hands-on programs that connect learning with real-life experiences. Through gardening, nutrition, STEM exploration, leadership development, and community service, students gain practical skills while developing a deeper appreciation for God’s creation and their role in caring for it.

Our programs are designed to complement classroom learning, promote student wellness, encourage environmental stewardship, and strengthen connections between schools, families, and the communities they serve.
